  2. Mix all ingredients given under Homemade Jamun mix in ingredients. Add Milk little at a time. Form a sticky dough. Set aside for 10 mins to set
  3. Add Jaggery & Water in hot sauce pan. Boil it until the jaggery is dissolved.
  4. Apply Ghee/oil in hand. The Jamun dough will not be sticky now. Make crack free cylinders with blunt ends.
  5. Fry it in medium hot oil until browned. Rotate the oil instead of touching the jamuns for even cooking.
  6. Filter the Jaggery Syrup no need of any consistency. Add Saffron/Green Cardamom pods as needed.
  7. Add the fried Jamuns into the Jaggery syrup. Let it soak for at least 4 hours to overnight.
  8. Add Milk & Milk powder in a pan. Cook until it thickens. Let the flame be on medium. I used a thicker malai filling.
  9. Make slits in the Jamun & place the malai in between.
  10. Delicious Malai Jamuns are done. Perfect festive recipe! 😍
