  5. Now add green cardamom powder and dry fruits. Now turn off the flame and let the milk cool down to room temperature.
  6. Once its cool down then add saffron milk, milk powder mix and fresh cream and mix it using beater/whisk.
  7. Add this kulfi mix to matkas or kulfi moulds and keep in freezer for overnight.
  8. Serve it chilled
